UK-US defense technology company founded in 2022 by Silicon Valley veterans (CEO Chad Steelberg, co-founder of Veritone). Its flagship Sceptre is a liquid-fuelled ramjet guided munition fired from NATO-standard 155mm howitzers with ~150 km range and Mach 3+ speed; achieved world-first ramjet ignition from a 155mm howitzer in April 2026 and holds a UK MoD development contract. Also develops the Invictus canister-launched missile, the Vault containerized vertical launch system, and GRAIL, a federated Defence-as-a-Service platform linking Ukraine-validated technology with allied manufacturing.
