Hades

Hades (Hades Mining) is a Munich-based deep-tech startup founded in 2025. It develops a new class of deep-drilling and subsurface-access systems to reach ultra-deep geothermal energy and critical-mineral deposits, using in-situ recovery to avoid open-pit excavation. Its goal is to give Europe sovereign access to baseload heat and high-value minerals with minimal environmental impact.
