Untap Health is a London-based Imperial College spin-out founded in 2021 that provides automated, real-time wastewater surveillance to detect infectious disease outbreaks before symptoms appear at population level. Its smart monitoring devices are deployed in hospitals, care homes, offices, cruise ships and universities. The company raised a $4.1M seed round in July 2025.
